When the Seebergers of Wilton, CT needed the perfect space for weekend parties and summer BBQs, they came to Homestead. They needed plenty of space for guests and the conveniences of home without running back and forth to the house. With a crystal clear pool surrounded by a beautiful woodland backdrop, they wanted a pool house that would fit in with the natural landscape. Timber frame and stone were the perfect combination, coming together to create an oasis of comfort, elegance, and function.

17' x 26' Custom Heritage Liberty Pool House

The Yiachos family envisioned an elegant pool house with kitchen and bathroom features that would keep guests at the party rather that disappearing into the main house. Extra hangout space was a must to accommodate large gatherings. The finished project made terrific use of limited space, featuring glass doors and windows that let in plenty of light, cathedral ceilings, and an open floorplan with a big loft. Brick veneer siding,  stucco finishing, and soaring columns add an air of southern style to this elegant structure.

16' x 14' Timber Frame Pavilion

The Matzoni family needed to create a functional entertainment space to could transition seamlessly from day to night. During the day, this nature-inspired poolside pavilion provides guests with refuge from the hot sun, while at night it became the central focus of the yard, with guests enjoying the light and warmth provided by the wood burning fireplace. The family chose a high-ceilinged timber frame pavilion as the main structure, customizing the timeless wood aesthetics with stately stone accents that complement the existing tiling of the pools and walkways.

18' x 18' Custom Vintage Pavilion with Full Outdoor Kitchen

At their bay front property, the Rolnick family sought to create a grand poolside oasis that fused together natural elements of the Long Beach Island bay with the existing aesthetics of their shore haven. The finished pavilion is furnished with tons of amenities such as a full outdoor kitchen, ample seating areas, and gorgeous vinyl and cedar outdoor showers. Custom designs and materials like a cedar ceiling, rounded dormers, recycled seaglass countertops and an ornate backsplash makes this space a true extension of their cherished bay front home.
