Our experience with Homestead Structures was awesome from start to finish. We love our Siesta and have been using it every day! We've added some nice bar stools and just installed the TV, so now we'll probably use it even more.
Our yard is kind of open and visible to the street, and several people have already stopped on walks to ask about it - at first they think it's just a pool shed but then they see the whole thing, with the bar and all - they want to come and see it up close!
We also decided to not install cabinets or anything under the counter, so there's more open space behind the bar - we usually throw our pool floats there because they can air out but still be out of the pool and yard. We're just very pleased with the whole experience and have already recommended Homestead Structures to several people!

Our backyard gets southern exposure, so the afternoon sun is brutal. We needed somewhere shady to rest. We had a stone patio built, and now the pavilion takes up about half of it. We put some nice outdoor furniture – a table, chairs, some lounges and it’s been great.
The Homestead crew did a beautiful job on the construction; it was efficient, really great. The inspector came out and wanted them to add hurricane ties, which they did without a problem – that pavilion isn’t going anywhere! The crew was good about cleaning up, very neat and pleasant to work with. I’d recommend Homestead to any of my family and friends!

When we were not happy with the site prep (slope was too great), your customer service really stepped up and explained to us what needed to be done to meet our expectations. My wife and I looked at numerous places for a poolhouse/bar for our new pool going in this year (2016). The quality of the house we got from Homestead stood out from all the rest. We were also under a time constraint due to the hole being dug for the pool. Once that was done it would have been nearly impossible to get the poolhouse in our yard. We were lucky enough to pick one that was built already, but still need electric run, lights, fan, etc. Merv got it done and delivered in a week! Exceptional service and quality. Will recommend to all friends and family for any structure needed.

The staff at Homestead is Amish, they do quality work, and they are very friendly. They offer a good selection of colors, trims, and materials. In addition they have in-house staff that can help you design any modifications.
They do not try to sell any features you do not want as they believe in customer satisfaction and selection. So there is no pressure and you are free to pick and choose.
We recently ordered a large shed with customized features. They did a good job in preparing a stone pad, and because our property has a slight slope, it required that the surface be level all around. They brought it in with a huge truck. They did this very professionally.
The shed itself is very strong, built with quality materials, built right at their shop on Peters Road in Lancaster County, and it is beautiful!. There were no short-cuts taken as you might sometimes see when looking at sheds at the big home supply stores. And we were surprised that the price was very competitive! Shortly after the install took place, we lost our keys, and we called them and they also went out of their way to help us with that. Our thanks go out to Steve, Jay, and Merv and all of the staff. We highly recommend Homestead Structures!

We decided to add a garage four years after remodeling our home. We contacted Homestead Structures because they had built a detached garage at another house for us before and we knew the quality of their work. This time we wanted the garage to be attached to our house, though without direct access. We also didn't want it to look like the garage was an afterthought or an add-on. We wanted it to look like it was part of the original house with all the Adirondack touches the house had. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. Homestead Structures did a beautiful job on our garage and included all the custom features we wanted, including a 3' overhang that allows us to exit the garage and walk onto the porch without going out into the rain or snow. The garage fits seamlessly into our mountain home and we are so happy with the quality of workmanship, materials, and the ease of dealing with the wonderful folks at Homestead Structures.

We had Homestead Structures build a 16' x 20' Wellington pool house for us as part of a new in-ground pool project. Merv was a pleasure to work with during the sales process. Since both my wife and I are originally from the southeast PA area. We visited Homestead Structures in Feb to do the initial planning. The rest of the planning was done by email and phone. We had a few revisions which Merv turned around quickly. The actual pool house construction was done in June. The crew, Alvin, Benji, Sam and Omar arrived midday after leaving PA very early to get to NH. That first day was amazing, they got the walls and roof up and the roof covered with tar paper before stopping for the night. They definitely worked until dark. The entire project took 3-1/2 days. Each day they worked from 7 AM until dusk. The workmanship was excellent. The entire project was an extremely pleasant experience. We love the pool house and I would enthusiastically recommend Homestead Structures to anyone considering a backyard structure.

Ben, Gideon, and Steve were professional and courteous and very skilled at getting the garage installed in a matter of a day and a half! The garage is beautiful. I ordered the shed on the phone, with the design ideas and inspiration coming from both architectural details from my home as well as pictures from the Homestead Structures web site. I was hopeful that the final product would meet my expectations, and once the truck arrived and I saw the shed, I couldn't believe how great it all turned out. We purchased a Siesta Poolside Bar; we found most of the options we wanted with the on-site model. We decided on the same day to purchase the display due to the time-frame as we were planning a outside baby shower within three weeks. The unit we purchased had the the pre-wired electrical options including a ceiling fan and weather covers for all light switches and plugs. The quality of the structure is built to the highest standards of quality unique to the Amish craftsmen in Lancaster County, PA. Since the unit was pre-built the delivery experience and placement was amazing. The mule was used with expertise for safe movement of the building without damage. The operator diligently paying close attention to the challenges of moving the unit into place over a hip wall and setting down on the exact location. Worked on verifying the unit was level and the final construction pieces were attached in true sprit of the Amish who take pride in their work.

We could not be happier with the job that Homestead Structures did building our Pool House and Garden Shed. We did extensive research looking for right company to work with and Homestead lived up to our expectations completely.
The team at Homestead Structures was here early every morning and stayed until almost dark each night. In just over three days, they had built both structures on premise and the job site they left behind was immaculate. It was clear they took great pride in their craft and were committed to delivering tremendous value.
The attention to detail was evident in all the little things you would expect in quality construction but fail to see so often in the mass produced structures you find in a "big box" store. This included not only the construction but also the hardware provided such as quality locking door handles and steel reinforced doors on the shed. We especially liked the quality of the insulated windows on our Pool House.
We are not ones to write reviews often but would be extremely confident in recommending Homestead Structures to anyone we know without reservation. We have worked with many contractors over the years and would have to rate Homestead Structures as being one of the very best
